Ezequiel Conesa

I have 20 years’ experience in HR consulting. After being a partner in the Belise Group, I founded my own Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with representation from Transearch International. I founded HR Performance, a company that I lead today.

Currently, I work in Organizational Development consulting, HR strategic consulting, executive coaching and recruitment.

I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires. I completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Universidad Católica Argentina. I am an ontological coach and a specialist in Gestalt psychology. I did a postgraduate degree in HR Strategic Management at IAE Business School.

Diego Hilaire Chaneton

I always liked the idea of making a better world through people management. I studied Human Resources (USAL), Postgraduate Degree in Negotiation (UCA), Executive Program of HR (Di Tella) and Strategic Management of Human Resources (IAE Business School). I have more than 15 years experience in Human Resources, I worked mediating and approaching positions with Unions for more than 10 years.

I really like sports, I always believed that they are a fundamental tool for the improvement and motivation of people and teams. Amateur tennis player, footballer and runner.

I was Professor of Labor Relations and Negotiation Techniques at USAL. I am a Professor at UCA (Development of Work Teams).

Emiliano Rodriguez

I am a determined, straightforward, and honest person. I am passionate about human potential development, effective communication, and organizational culture. I am a certified ontological coach, I completed a master’s degree in coaching and organizational change, and I trained as a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. My goal is to accompany individuals and organizations in their processes of transformation, learning, and continuous improvement.

As a Human Resources professional, I have over 15 years of experience in human capital administration and development in various environments. Throughout my experience, I have been responsible for designing, defining, and implementing HR policies aimed at achieving organizational objectives in various multinational companies, SMEs, and NGOs.

I firmly believe that people are the differentiating factor in organizations.

Facundo Viola

I believe that through people and work teams companies can achieve their greatest success. I always liked that idea and put all my effort to make it happen. I believe in team management and in leaders who add value and think in the long term. I love accompanying and promoting businesses through organizational consulting. I organized workshops for entrepreneurs, provided consulting and participated as a mentor in Junior Achievement Argentina, a program that brings together schools from all over the country and trains young people in the business area.

I have a degree in Human Resources Administration (UdeMM) with 14 years of experience in different organizations, both in soft and hard areas. I have diplomas in Design Thinking, Negotiation and Team Management.

I participate in HR Performance in Organizational Consulting and Talent Acquisition, knowing that by adding value we are strategic business partners for our clients.

Yamila Lamonaco

I am passionate about people and business. I started studying the hospitality industry and then I attended a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing. After working a few years in hospitality and show production, I found the world of human resources.

In 2017 I joined the HR Performance team as a junior consultant and Community Manager.

I have a great passion for my work, and I seek to generate a positive impact on people. I am strongly focused on achieving results, providing quality service, and constantly seeking improvement. I possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.

Stefania Elorga

I define myself as a highly committed, proactive, conciliatory, organized, and results-oriented individual. I started my career in Psychology at UNMDP and gradually discovered the fascinating world of organizations.

I have had the opportunity to develop myself in Human Resources as an HRBP and later as a Personnel Selection Specialist. I gained a lot of knowledge and made great colleagues in each place.
Today, my career takes a new direction in Organizational Consulting, always prioritizing values such as transparent management, constant communication, and above all, teamwork. In my free time, I enjoy small but important moments with my family and friends.

I love photography and capturing moments, and over time, reliving and valuing them in a different way.

Rodrigo del Val

I am a business administrator from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and hold a Ph.D. in philosophy from the Pontifical University of Madrid. I served as the rector of the Anáhuac University of Oaxaca for 13 years, where I applied the principles that I teach with great results. I am certified in all programs of FranklinCovey and Crucial Learning, covering topics such as Leadership, Organizational Change, Customer Loyalty, Crucial Conversations, and others.

I have given lectures in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Panama, Ecuador, and Mexico for companies such as Domino’s Pizza, HP, UNIFIN, Vitromex, IBM, Sanfer, Tupperware, Seguros Monterrey, and GNP, among others

I am the author of the book: ‘From unbearable boss to inspiring leader in 90 days.’ I have published over a hundred articles in newspapers and specialized magazines. I am a professor in the MBA program at Tec de Monterrey.

Jose alberto Alvarez

I am an Industrial Engineer (UPIICSA-IPN), with a Diploma in Organizational Development (ITAM), a Diploma in Finance (ITESM), a Diploma in Executive Development (ITESM), and a Specialization in Boards of Directors (UIA, Mexican Stock Exchange, and Public Accountants Association).

I have worked in 4 large corporations, 2 North American (Procter & Gamble and Nabisco) and 2 Mexican (Comercial Mexicana de Pinturas and Scitum-Telmex), where I held various positions in Systems, Systems Audit, and Sales Finance; holding the Group Internal Controls Management position at Procter & Gamble, the Vice Presidency of Internal Audit and Business Processes and the Vice Presidency of Human Resources at Nabisco Mexico, the Corporate Audit Director at Comex, and the Human Resources Director at Scitum-Telmex. I was a professor of the Human Factor subject in the Master’s in Cybersecurity at Universidad La Salle.

I am passionate about sports and was on the basketball team in high school at Universidad La Salle. Later, I played American football, tennis, soccer, and fast soccer. For 5 years, I was the coach of 2 children’s fast soccer teams. Currently, I practice swimming and follow European and national soccer (men’s and women’s), the NFL, the NBA, and the MLB.

For several years, I have been involved in everything related to positive thinking and self-help; I attended 2 seminars in the United States and was teaching a Goal Setting and Objectives course based on this information.

Alberto Serrano Colores

I have over 25 years of valuable experience. Over the past 15 years, I have held managerial roles in both national and international companies. I have extensive experience in industries such as chemicals, consumer products (FMCG/luxury and beauty), and services (creative and media)

My passion for human capital is reflected in the ability to lead teams, carry out successful collective and individual labor negotiations, establish robust talent attraction and retention processes, as well as experience in the management of IT resources. The focus on achieving results merges with my comprehensive vision of the win-win relationship between the company and human capital

I graduated from the Industrial Relations program at the Universidad Iberoamericana and have diplomas in Organizational Development and Finance.

Mariano Michaud

In academic terms, my studies and teaching in Philosophy and Theology, constitutive of my priestly formation (both from the Argentine Catholic University), are combined with those in Strategic Human Resources Management (University of San Andrés). The latter provided me with the necessary tools to understand and optimize the functioning of organizations from an economic-business perspective.

Previous experience as a priest has equipped me with skills in guidance, active listening, and conflict management, fundamental aspects in the realm of businesses. Life led me to specialize in “avoiding shipwrecks,” whether they are personal or organizational, in “making the possible out of the impossible.” It also provided me with a solid foundation in ethics, critical analysis, and a deep understanding of human dynamics.

My expertise in graphological techniques and Non-Verbal Communication is a highly practical contribution to clients.

Nohemí Dávila

I have a 15-year track record collaborating with prominent companies at both the national and international levels. My expertise lies in team development and enhancing organizational results by optimizing individual performance, maximizing talent, and creating highly synergistic teams. I have worked closely with Executive, Managerial, Middle Management teams, and operational staff.

My training in Bioneuroemotion and Neuropsychology of human behavior, coupled with certification as a Coach, along with the technical skills acquired throughout my career, enable me to provide comprehensive support with a focus on achieving tangible results through coherent behaviors, ensuring sustainability in the medium and long term.

Carolina Figueiredo

I have two passions, people and drawing. I have a degree in Human Resources and illustrator.
I have been working for 5 years doing graphic facilitations and recently decided to return to HR simultaneously. My goal is to reach a nice fusion between both things.

Cesira Gans

I have more than 15 years of experience in Marketing in companies in Marketing in companies top-level companies such as Roche, Disney, McDonald’s and Facebook. I started my career with a degree in Marketing, I have an International MBA, I am a Neurocoach with NLP and I have a certification in People Experience.

My purpose is to help people, leaders, teams and organizations achieve positive, high-impact transformations ensuring well-being, happiness, productivity and innovation

I am passionate about applying neuroscience to people and organizations to be able to press the metaphorical “Engagement” button in them and can deploy their best version in agile environments, changing. I provide knowledge and tools that make it easier to be COMFORTABLE in DISCOMFORT.

I have experience, knowledge and a framework to accompany cultural transformations, consolidate teams, carry out consulting for change, executive Neurocoaching processes individuals and groups among other things.

During the Pandemic I developed a morning routine that allows me activate the FLOW in my day keeping me focused, enjoying and achieving a high level of well-being and happiness.
